Four Days done and up to the 400 mile mark.

Very hilly today, we also have to contend with very high temperatures.

Going into a headwind most of the day also.

Day 6 and everything going well, done 100 miles.

Mostly wet in the morning and sunny in the evenings. Good for the riders.

Day 7 and done 80 miles.

Big day tomorrow, 100 miles and a climb of over 2000 ft into Lyon.

115 miles and now in Lyon.

Everyone horsed but in good form.

Day 9 and done 70 miles.

Now in Grenoble and the sun is out today.

Up Alp d'Heuz tomorrow.

Climbed 4 cols each over 6000ft, 1 over 9000ft in 3 Days. AMAZING

Now in Italy

100 mile tomorrow to Genova where we will meet Fr. Bradley, Paul, Eugene and Joe.

All made it safe to Genova, 90 miles.

Danny had swim in the Med enroute.

Sorry for lack of updates but been a busy and tough few days on the road.

Got through hectic Genova to Pisa then to Seina.

Both days over 100 miles and very hilly Tuscany.

In Orvieto now which is beautiful.

Day 17 tomorrow which takes us into Rome.
