Touring
Omagh Wheelers welcomes all touring riders of all
abilities to join them on the weekly Sunday
Ride.
Routes take in a wide range of terrain but
rest
assured you'll never be left stranded and
the limits
of the weakest rider in the group is always
respected.
If your new to the sport and want to know
more then please contact Danny on

be only
too willing to offer advice and point you in
the
right direction.
Cycling is a great way of loosing and
controlling weight as well as staying fit
and healthy, plus you have the benefit of
meeting a really good bunch of people so
please don't be shy and if you fancy coming
down and you'll be made feel more than
welcome.
Touring
training
is reported to be going well with good attendance
every Sunday, training runs start every Sunday at
the Leisure centre car park at 09.30, everyone is
very
welcome.
